Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a ride request through the B&H Rides website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

B&H Rides is a private transportation service operated by Akwaman LLC on behalf of Brian and Hilary in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Akwaman LLC is a technology and operations company registered in Pennsylvania (akwaman.net) that powers the B&H Rides booking and notification platform.

SMS Messaging Program

B&H Rides operates an SMS notification program to communicate ride confirmations and status updates to customers.

By checking the consent box on our ride request form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Akwaman LLC on behalf of B&H Rides at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.

Ride Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee availability. All ride requests are subject to confirmation by Brian or Hilary. You will receive an SMS notification confirming or denying your request.

• Ride requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance when possible
• For urgent bookings, call Brian directly at 972-824-8330
• B&H Rides reserves the right to decline any ride request
• Confirmed rides are subject to cancellation in cases of emergency or circumstances beyond our control

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed ride, please contact Brian or Hilary as soon as possible by phone. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

Our standard flat rate is displayed on the booking form. Rates may vary for special circumstances, extended distances, or additional stops. Payment terms will be communicated at time of confirmation.

B&H Rides accepts payment via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other methods agreed upon at time of booking. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our drivers with respect. B&H Rides reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who:

• Is verbally or physically abusive
• Is under the influence of alcohol or substances in a disruptive manner
• Damages the vehicle
• Violates any applicable laws

In such cases, no refund will be issued and the passenger will be responsible for any damages.

Limitation of Liability

B&H Rides shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen delays.

Our total liability to any passenger shall not exceed the amount paid for the ride in question.

Privacy

Your use of B&H Rides is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Both this document and the Privacy Policy are issued by Akwaman LLC on behalf of B&H Rides.

Changes to These Terms

B&H Rides reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
